Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 18500 platform or using any of its services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions. The Terms have been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh and apply equally to all services, sections, and accounts on 18500.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you are requested to refrain from using the platform. Use of the platform by minors (under 18) is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Accurate and complete information is required when creating an account on 18500. Registering with false or misleading details may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed, at 18500's discretion.
Each user may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts and balances being cancelled. Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential.
- Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.
- Accounts may not be sold, bought, or transferred.
- Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 18500 immediately.
- Certain services may be restricted until identity verification (KYC) is completed.
Platform Usage Rules
The 18500 platform may only be used for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. Fraud, the use of software bots, hacking, or any attempt to disrupt the platform's normal operations is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:
- Placing bets or playing games using automated software or scripts.
- Abusing bonuses or promotional offers (bonus abuse).
- Colluding or engaging in any form of collusive play with other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting any technical error or malfunction on the platform.
Any breach of these rules entitles 18500 to suspend the account and forfeit the associated balance without prior notice.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Terms
All transactions on 18500 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are set within the platform.
- Any transaction found to involve fraudulent or illegal funds will be voided.
- Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
- A specified rollover requirement must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
- 18500 reserves the right to reclaim any funds incorrectly credited due to a technical error.
- Suspicious transactions may be subject to additional verification.

Account Suspension & Closure: 18500 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice, particularly in cases of Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or prolonged inactivity. Where a valid balance exists, a refund will be attempted subject to verification.
